Step 10: In the “Server Information” section, select “IMAP” as the account type.

Step 11: In the “Incoming mail server” section, enter the IMAP server information you obtained from the Roundcube interface. The incoming server should be “imap.yourdomain.com” or similar, and the port should be 993.

Step 12: In the “Outgoing mail server” section, enter the SMTP server information you obtained from the Roundcube interface. The outgoing server should be “smtp.yourdomain.com” or similar, and the port should be 587.

Step 13: In the “Logon Information” section, enter your full email address as the username, and then enter the password for your Roundcube email account.

Step 14: Click on the “More Settings” button in the lower-right corner of the window.

Step 15: Click on the “Outgoing Server” tab, and then select the option “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.”

Step 16: Select the “Advanced” tab, and then check the box next to “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)” for both incoming and outgoing mail.

Step 17: Click “OK” to close the “Internet E-mail Settings” window, and then click “Next” in the “Add Account” window.

Step 18: Outlook will test your account settings. If everything is set up correctly, you will see a “Congratulations” message. Click “Finish” to complete the process.

Your Roundcube email account should now be connected to Outlook, and you can access your emails and folders within the application.
